3.4.1. Engage interested employers in learning communities around diversity, inclusion, and impact hiring

  • Create learning communities for employers to provide them with a forum to exchange information and best practices
  • Invite national subject matter experts to share knowledge with the learning communities
  • Create materials that easily explain the local and state subsidies available for employers who invest in emerging talent. Distribute materials to local HR professionals through a targeted LinkedIn and social media campaign
  • Promote non-traditional candidates, including those seeking part-time employment
