Payment is made after services have been provided. Attendance information is recorded in the Child Care Attendance Automation (CCAA) system and imported to the Child Care Services billing system. Once the information is imported and processed, you should receive payment within three weeks. Please do not call to ask about payment until three weeks have passed.
