Workforce Solutions Capital Area is is seeking the services of a qualified entity to perform program monitoring services review of its contractors that satisfies WFS’ contractual obligations under its contract with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL). Monitoring shall be consistent with the requirements set forth in the TWC Financial Manual for Grants and Contracts. Board contracted monitoring staff will conduct program monitoring services for the following programs: TAA, NCP, SNAP, TANF/Choices, WIOA (Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth), SEAL, and CHILD CARE.

The proposal most advantageous to the Board in terms of proposer's qualifications and quality of the proposal will be recommended for contract negotiations.
