Workforce Solutions Capital Area is soliciting proposals from established and qualified telephone vendors to replace and/or upgrade current Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone systems, voicemail systems, conference system, call reporting system, and provide ongoing maintenance and support services. Selected vendor will also provide guidance and assistance to WFS as WFS moves from PRI’s to SIP. Proposals must be for a lease option solution.

A successful implementation will utilize WFS’s existing direct dial in digits, offer both on premise and mobility options such as soft phones or mobile applications with a user interface that is as intuitive as possible.
