The Central Texas Healthcare Partnership (CTHP) is dedicated to filling the gaps in healthcare and ensuring there are enough healthcare employees to provide care to Central Texas. One of the essential pieces of that puzzle is ensuring a successful pipeline of talent for our education programs. This is why CTHP has dedicated workgroups focusing on educating K12 students about careers in healthcare. Featured K-12 Speakers Panel Careers
The Healthcare K-12 Workgroup presents a new Career Focused Speaker Series every other month during the school year to educate students, teachers, and administrators about high demand healthcare jobs in the Austin area. Clinical Placements
Clinical Placements are available for local health science programs at the hospitals for observation only. These are limited experiences and should be scheduled through your CTE director.
