Information for Child Care Providers regarding Child Care Attendance Automation System Responsibilities and Reporting Requirements
Providers are responsible for ensuring that parents utilize the Child Care Attendance Automation system in order to receive reimbursement payments.
Providers are required to review Child Care Attendance Automation system attendance and absence reports, at a minimum every five calendar days.
Providers must contact Workforce Solutions Child Care when an enrolled child does not have attendance recorded for three consecutive days.
Providers may not be reimbursed for child care services if a parent fails to report attendance or absences in CCAA, unless the provider contacts Workforce Solutions Child Care within five calendar days of the incident.
Providers must report misuse of CCAA cards and PINs to your Child Development Specialist immediately.
Providers have a signed amendment to their Declaration of Services Statement detailing the security requirement and penalties for misuse of the CCAA system.
All new and existing providers need to secure and maintain a valid email address so payment notices can be sent via email. As soon as you obtain your email address please report that information to your Child Development Specialist.
